Goodfield, IL – August 18, 2026 – on June 1st, Vermeer Corporation announced an initiative to highlight the crews that are “Drilling America”. Crews from all over the country could submit pictures and videos that represented why they loved the work they do and why drilling America was important to them.
Of all submissions received only 20 were selected as grand prize winners who would receive the following: 10 custom t-shirts for the crew, a Milwaukee jobsite radio, and a $1000 voucher to use on their next tooling purchase!
We are happy to announce that of the 20 grand prize winners, Vermeer Midwest had 4 winners across our region!
This is an exciting moment for Vermeer Midwest and a strong reflection of the crews we get to support every day. With 11 total entries coming from Vermeer Midwest customers, our region showed up in a big way for the We Drill America initiative. Even better, 4 of the 20 grand prize winners came from right here in the Midwest.
