Guaranteed Up-Time for Your Business

Everybody knows Vermeer equipment is built for the long haul. Even so, we created the Vermeer Midwest Pledge to put your mind at ease. When you buy a new piece of equipment from us, our Pledge means you can count on:

Prep and inspection before delivery 

A Vermeer Midwest certified technician will inspect and prep your new machine and complete the checklist in the provided operator’s manual.

Delivery walk around and training 

A Vermeer Midwest certified professional will train you on the safe and productive operation of your new unit. We will also review the operator’s manual and warranty in detail. 

Free travel-trucking on warrantable issues (First 6 months of ownership) 

Vermeer Midwest will provide transportation, mileage and labor during the initial 6-month warranty period at no cost to you. Equipment must be in Vermeer Midwest’s Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Guaranteed service response in 8 hours or less (First 12 months of ownership)

An 8-hour service response time is guaranteed, accruing from time of contact until the time a technician logs on to the job. If this time frame is not met, you will be credited $50 for each hour that the response is late. Response time is guaranteed based on normal business hours. Actual arrival time on your job may be more than 8 hours due to drive time. Equipment must be in Vermeer Midwest’s Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Guaranteed parts availability (First 12 months of ownership)

If your part is not in stock at the dealership, we send it to you through overnight freight at no cost. Part must be in Vermeer Midwest’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). Applies only to warrantable parts.

Free inspection when the 12-month warranty expires

A free inspection by a certified technician will be provided at the time your 12-month warranty expires. At this time, the inspection check sheet (in the operator’s manual) will be completed by the technician, and any warrantable issues will be completed at no cost. Any potential non-warrantable repairs or problems will be communicated to customer along with an estimate. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for transportation and to initiate the call to complete the inspection.

Note:   

  1. Our Pledge is for new units sold by Vermeer Midwest and working geographically within our Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  2. Lease Purchase Unit Pledge is provided through the 12-month Vermeer Corporation warranty only.
  3. This promotion is not available in conjunction with units purchased through Vermeer Corporation’s Global Accounts.
